1. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

2. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. 

5. All such claims are subject to investigation and sole discretion. We will investigate and if is the case a refund will be made within 5 business days after we receive your package.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that doesn't belong to our company .

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Any items that are returned without proper returns requests will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
